About me
My name is Radboud Kemme. I graduated from Utrecht University in 1993 and have been working in multiple clinics in the Netherlands ever since. From general practice I specialized in small animal orthopedics and neurosurgery by taking internships, courses and training at universities as well as private enterprise in, amongst others, U.S., U.K., Italy, Germany, Belgium, Spain an the Netherlands.
I have been performing osteosyntheses, corrective osteotomies, TPLO's/TTA's, elbow- and shoulder-arthroscopies since 1996, cervical and thoracolumbar herniated discs since 2000, and BioMedtrix total hip procedures since 2003. I have been working as a freelance surgeon in multiple specialist (and some first-opinion) clinics, founded my own referral clinic in 2016, and been back to freelance surgery since 2023.
What I do
Although in the past I used to bring my own surgical tools, equipment and implants, at present I only practice surgery. This means that clinics that want to use my services need to be able to provide for decent anaesthesia, aseptic procedures for patiënt preparation, and have access to to proper diagnostic (imaging) tools (preferably CT as well) as well as applicable surgical powertools and instruments.
